Portal bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is a continuous and efficient bulk material handling equipment, and it is a special equipment for stacking materials from the stockyard system in-plant belt conveyor to the yard and from the yard to the stockyard system in-plant belt conveyor.

How does Portal Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer Work?

Portal bucket wheel stacker reclaimer has a portal metal frame and a lifting bridge. There are a fixed and a movable stacking belt conveyor on the crossbeam of the portal frame, and a tripper car running with the portal frame is arranged on the belt conveyor line of the yard at one side of the portal frame. The cell-less bucket wheel is sleeved on a trolley which can run along the lifting bridge frame through a circular raceway, a supporting wheel and a blocking wheel, and a belt conveyor is installed in the bridge frame.

When stacking bulk materials, the bulk materials are transferred to the stacking belt conveyor through the yard belt conveyor and the tail car, and finally stacked to the yard. Through the movement of the portal frame and the operation of the stacking belt conveyor, the materials form a certain shape of stockpile.

When reclaiming bulk materials, the trolley running horizontally and the bucket wheel rotating on it continuously reclaim materials, and the bulk materials are unloaded to the bridge belt conveyor in the unloading area, and finally transferred to the belt conveyor in the yard for transportation. Through the lifting of the bridge and the operation of the portal frame, the bulk material stockpile can be reclaimed exhausted.
