The roller is an important component of belt conveyor, which can effectively support the conveyor belt and bulk materials carried on the belt during the material conveying process, and ensure the normal operation of belt conveyor.

Roller is usually assembled with roller shell, shaft, bearing, bearing housing, labyrinth seal and snap ring, etc.
▪ The technical requirements of roller shell and shaft of TechSolutions roller can meet ISO, JIS, GB and other standards, and technical data such as radial runout, ovality, straightness and appearance are higher than the requirements of relevant industry standards. The bearing housing is made of cold-rolled sheet, and the precise welding between bearing housing and roll shell is automatically completed by welding robot to ensure the overall structure strength and rigidity of the roller body.
▪ TechSolutions rollers are using a fixed tolerance (C3) press-fitting deep groove ball bearing between bearing housing and shaft, and two-way sealing structure, which can greatly improve the waterproof and dustproof.
▪ By using non-contact labyrinth seal structure, a complex, curved and narrow labyrinth channel is formed between the inner and outer seals of TechSolutions rollers, and high-quality grease is injected into the labyrinth channel. Accurate structural design and precision manufactured seals ensure waterproof, dustproof and high durability, and can rotate flexibly.
