Pipe Conveyor for Coal Handling and Preparation Dry Commissioned Successfully in CNOOC Huizhou Refinery Plant
On October 11, the pipe conveyor in raw coal handling and preparation plant (CHPP) of CNOOC Huizhou Refinery Phase II project EPC contracted by TechSolutions was successfully dry commissioned. So far, the commissioning of 1 cross-sea pipe conveyor (1867 meters) and 16 belt conveyors (2490 meters) in this project have been successfully completed. TechSolutions completed the most important milestone of the coal handling and preparation system earlier 16 days ahead of schedule.
This raw coal handling and preparation plant project was engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracted between TechSolutions and owner CNOOC Huizhou, the scope of work includes engineering, procurement and construction of one 1867 meters pipe conveyor and 16 belt conveyors with total length of 2490 meters, transfer station and auxiliary equipment.

The scope of work of the petroleum coke transportation system of CNOOC Huizhou Refinery Project includes 4 transfer stations, 2-way belt conveyor and circular stacker reclaimer, shiploader, steel structure trestle and 2 underground concrete corridors.
