Bucket is the executing unit of bucket wheel mechanism on bucket wheel stacker reclaimer or bucket wheel reclaimer, which reclaims bulk materials such as coal and ore through the rotation of bucket wheel.

TechSolutions designed and modular fabricated reclaimer buckets have key features as follows:

1. TechSolutions designed buckets can minimise the specific cutting forces involved in the reclaim operation.
2. TechSolutions designed buckets are equipped with replaceable lips, blades and teeth which are of the pin on type and readily available in our warehouse or local agent.
3. TechSolutions designed bucket is equipped with a wear-reducing retreat angle, bucket lip can be also welded with a hard wear-resistant welding layer, and wear-resistant steel bucket teeth which are easy to replace are installed.
4. TechSolutions designed buckets are equipped with adjustable sealing plates to the ring chute to minimise spillage loss.

TechSolutions offers fully assembled reclaimer bucket and associated transport frames to clients worldwide, no matter refurbished reclaimer buckets or new fabricated reclaimer buckets. TechSolutions designed and modular fabricated bucket wheel and buckets can achieve a reclaiming capacity of up to 15,500 tons/hour, with a bucket capacity of 0.12-3.6 m³ and a bucket wheel diameter of 4-16 meters.
