Car dumper (also called wagon tippler) is wagon unloading machine of bulk material with high efficiency and low energy consumption, car dumper is widely used in port, metal, mine, power, chemicals, etc.

Car dumper system is used to unload bulk material from rail cars at ports, power plants, metallurgy plants, etc.

TechSolutions is capable of design, modularization fabrication, pre-assemble, pre-commission, and commission various different all types of car dumpers including single wagon tippler, tandem wagons dumper, triple wagons dumper, quadruple wagons dumper subject to client’s requirements. Car dumpers can be C-type rotary car dumper, O-type rotary car dumper or side discharging type car dumper depending on the requirements from client operation condition and unloading capacity requirements.

Similar to all TechSolutions designed bulk material handling machine, the operation modes of car dumper can be local control & operation, manual operation, manual remote control, semi-automatic unmanned operation and full-automatic smart unmanned operation.
