Ship unloader is a continuous machine used for bulk cargo loading. TechSolutions designed ship unloader is widely used to load continuously and efficiently various bulk materials (coal, ore, bauxite, grain, limestone, fertilizer, petroleum coke, sulfur, alumina, etc.) into bulk carriers or ships or barges at ports or jetties, with a wide range of loading capacity.

The detail capacity and other technical data of ship unloaders can be customized by clients, the capacities of TechSolutions ship unloaders can be from 300 t/h to 3,600 t/h and outreach can range from 30 to 65 meters, range of sizes from 5,000 DWT barges up to 400,000 DWT.

TechSolutions is capable of design, modularization fabrication, pre-assemble, pre-commission, and commission various different all types of ship unloaders subject to client’s requirements, the ship unloaders can be bridge type grab ship unloader or continuous ship unloader. Continuous ship unloader can be chain bucket type continuous ship unloader, screw type continuous ship unloader, bucket wheel type continuous ship unloader and other customized designed ship unloader.

Similar to all TechSolutions designed bulk material handling machine, the operation modes of ship unloader can be local control & operation, manual operation, manual remote control, semi-automatic unmanned operation and full-automatic smart unmanned operation.

TechSolutions provide customized modular fabrication solutions with a “plug-and-play” system for ship unloaders based on project actual situation, all design, fabrication, pre-assembly, installation, pre-commissioning completed in our fabrication base, and then transported by heavy lift vessel or barge roll on roll off (RO-RO) to project site, minimizing on-site workload, reducing disruption to port operations, help improve cost, schedule, safety and reduce risk.
