Steel Cutting

Fabricated steel is cut and fitted up to project design requirements in TechSolutions modular manufacturing base steel cutting workshop. The workshop contains three plane segmentation assembly lines and upgraded cutting and material handling equipment.

Structural Fit-up & Welding

All fit-up and welding work is conducted in the fit-up and welding workshop to project-engineering specifications. TechSolutions modular manufacturing base dedicated fit-up & welding workshop has nearby 200 welding machines.

Blasting & Painting

After steel cutting, fit-up and welding fabrication, items are sent to our modular fabrication base blasting and painting workshops which have a climate-controlled and vacuum cleaning system for efficient processing.

Piping & Outfitting

Piping and outfitting workshop uses the latest cutting and welding equipment to work on complex pipe cuttings, process welds and component assemblies.

Pre-assembly and assembly yard

All steel structure are moved to pre-assembly and assembly yard to modularize construction in our modular fabrication base before load-out or roll on roll off / heavy lifted to vessel.
