Our health and safety system sets clear and consistent expectations for how we work, and we are committed to driving our culture of exceptional performance and continuous improvement in all that we do. We actively promote a strong safety culture, through regular training and communication and walking the talk, and we encourage an open and consultative environment in which all employees and subcontractors can feel empowered to contribute to and improve our safety performance.

We train and empower our employees to be safety leaders. We also offer internally-developed health-and-safety learning opportunities to our partners, our construction-safety leadership program gives leaders in the project and construction environment a clear understanding of how to engage with and manage the safety performance of our contractors on any project site.

We constantly challenge ourselves to find a better, safer way to get the job done. We have never compromising safety in construction, and always insisting on the best safety-design principles in all our engineering activities.

We are proud to have our health and safety management system certified for compliance with GB/T 28001 and ISO45001 (OHSAS 18001).

Our quality management systems incorporate a large library of resources including procedures, checklists, measurement & audit tools and reporting systems to ensure that all projects are executed using consistent standards, philosophies and methodologies.

We recognize that there is always room to improve. We strive for continuous improvement in everything we do and aim to provide our clients with confidence in our ability to deliver their projects to the highest standards. Our Quality Management System is designed to continuously documents best practices and empowers our employees and project teams to achieve exceptional results. We work closely with our partners, welcoming the feedback they provide to find new ways to do things better.

Our quality team helps facilitate the whole process, it provides quality assurance oversight for our entire organization, throughout the life cycles of our clients’ projects. Launching project kick-off meetings to clearly outline requirements and expectations, reviewing and verifying designs, analyzing suppliers and reviewing equipment, and helping develop construction management plans, the group works to optimize project outcomes.

Environment

TechSolutions understands that the environment is a critical consideration in all our work practices and projects. We recognise that our business can only be sustained if we meet our environmental obligations, and that protecting the environment is simply the right thing to do. TechSolutions implements industry best practice and environmental management standards to minimise the impact associated with engineering projects and operations.
We participate in environmentally sustainable practices, including conservation of resources, waste reduction, emission control, protection of ecosystems and energy efficiency. We draw on best practice knowledge to develop environmental procedures. We are focused on innovating and implementing fit-for-purpose solutions to support our clients in initiatives such as reducing water usage, tailings reprocessing, removing the requirement for new tailings dams, and designing for efficient energy use.

We work closely with our clients to ensure we fully understand the environmental obligations associated with a site or project. Our strong performance in this area is a testament to our ability to conform to these obligations.

We actively promote awareness of environmental issues in our people and it forms a core part of our training and development program.

TechSolutions environmental management systems are certified to GB/T 24001 and ISO 14001 for our projects from concept through to commissioning and operation & maintenance.
